Yes, Google Android is the fastest growing gaming platform since it is currently the fastest growing mobile phone and tablet operating system, and almost all newer Android phones and tablets can play games.

Plus, there is Ouya, Gamestick, Bluestack's Gamepop, Nvidia Shield, and other Android gaming devices which will be release in a month or within this year.

I'd say that it was the fastest growing platform in general. The year to year progress it has made over its competition since its initial release has been remarkable.
