Is it tougher to buy recently released electronics and cars without a microphone?

I feel it is becoming tougher to buy newer electronics and cars which don't come with microphones.

More electronics released in 2019 like Smart TVs, laptops, all-in-one computers, tablets, MP3 players, cable boxes, settop boxes, Bluetooth wireless speakers, and headphones now come with a Microphone on the remote, or device. A lot of new cars even more basic cars have built-in microphones used for phone calls when you wirelessly connect a cell phone to the car's stereo.

To be honest, I never thought of getting an electronic car.
They are not at all popular here and I don't want an unreliable vehicle for myself....so, I am not so sure.
