Is there a good source to download just subtitles for anime?

What if I download some raw anime?
I would need subtitles for it. Do you think it's possible to get subtitles alone for anime? Usually the raw version is released first.. so...

There are sites for it, but if you gotta wait for the subs, might as well download the MKV file that already has subtitles.

IMO it seems a bit pointless to download the raw and wait for the sub to come out to watch the episode, as opposed to waiting for the simultaneous release.

They do, but they come out alongside the subbed video. Which is why you might as well just download the video with the subs already on it.

This stuff comes out within hours of the episode airing, at least with English subs.
