Well, it's official.

Kathleen Kennedy steps down as CEO of Lucasfilm Studios and will be replaced by Dave Filoni and Lynwen Brennan. Dave will run the creative side of Lucasfilm while Lynwen will run the business side.

Kennedy was controversial, and I won't try to give a summary of her time as CEO as that is a shitshow waiting to happen.

Regardless, Dave and Lynwen are the new CEOs, and in all honesty, I just hope they don't fuck it all up.

If you're not... You say good riddance. Because it's her type that destroyed Star Wars. Brother and Sister kissing...? Ugh. Okay, so now not only do you bring politics in here, you RUIN THE WHOLE STORY.

Ever since she helmed Disney, every damn movie had to be "woman empowerment" shoved in your face. Captain Marvel in comics was a man, but they put Brie Larson in there.

Wakanda Forever? Could have just sold more tickets if they hadn't put race wars in there. You already have a black man as lead, which would have covered "Diversity." But no, they wanted the other side to be political fodder.

Another great example is rumor is that they were gonna make Supergirl ...a man. I'm not saying DC is Disney, but that's what's happening here.
