Japanese gamers who also happen to get their cable service from KDDI will soon be able to play video games on demand. The on-demand game service is coming by way of the GameNow service. This is the same on-demand video service that some LG smart TVs have access too.

Gamers will be able to choose games like Pro Evolution Soccer, WRC3, and Sonic Adventure DX. There may be more games offered by KDDI, but those are the ones we know about right now.

The GameNow service will launch in March. It will be offered over the KDDI Smart TV Box. That set top box launched back in 2012.

Wow, Japan's cable service is pretty cool being able to stream full games like Pro Evolution Soccer, and Sonic Adventures DX.

Hopefully, streaming games from our cable provider will be coming to other countries as well.

The console looks pretty cool as well.
