Kingdom Hearts 3DS is about halfway complete

Development is currently 40 to 50% complete, Nomura told Famitsu this week.


Thoughts on this? I'm a bit worried to be honest, it seems like it could have been a bit rushed.

I'm just wondering what this one'll be about. It seems that the home consoles have the main games but the handhelds have the games that feature the events between the main ones. Look at Chain of Memories, 358/2 Days, and Birth By Sleep. They've all helped explain the going's on in the main storyline somewhere. Not sure about Re:Coded since I haven't played it, but whilst I haven't played Chain of Memories I know what it's about. Unless the internet is a lie, in which case I might hide under the table now. Or you could just correct me, heh.

According to the leaked story, Yen Sid sends Mickey to get Sora and Riku to take the Keyblade Mastery Test. That's the general premise. And judging by the end of Birth By Sleep, both Xemnas and Xehanort's Heartless have a plan in store to revive themselves.

Ah I wasn't aware another Kingdom Hearts game was in the making! Awesome! Yeah, so far all the hand held versions are side stories. Re:Coded, well...it kind of takes place after Kingdom Hearts 2 but it is more of a side story than anything.

Yeah, Kingdom Hearts rules! I just made a video about 385/ 2 days and it turned out pretty good.

I haven't played any kingdom hearts game since the first one for the PS2. I am looking forward to it.
