Well, this kind of cool. Apparently, the Super Mario Bros medley played during last night's episode of Dancing With the Stars was actually composed by Koji Kondo on Nintendo's request, and they've actually released the song to download. It's mostly the original eight bit songs from the first game in order, but still, it's a neat Mario reference in an otherwise unrelated TV show. Just a pity those outside the US can't watch the video...
