Streamlabs was the last program I installed on my computer. I thought it would fix the problem I've been having where OBS doesn't play the audio from my Elgato Capture Device but it turns out it's just an issue with it not showing up properly on my computer and I have no clue on how to fix it. So now I'll just use it for when I want to go live on Youtube.
