Yeah since it's been old I have changed to VLC..

I never liked VLC's interface.
Otherwise, I might have opted for that player too. I prefer GOM or KM player now.

Almost the same....
Here are some of the features I like about GOM.
1. It can play partial downloads.
2. You can forward the movie by using the arrow buttons and the same goes to rewind as well. Up and down arrows are for volume control.
3. It can play the audio up to 150%....well, unlike VLC which can go up to 200% , it's not that bad.
4. UI is great!
