Lights on or off?

I sleep with the lights off. I even have an eyepad to help block the light that comes in towards the morning hours. I tend to wake easily so hearing noises or seeing lights, even the sun, wakes me up.

I think the morning sleep is very important for a lot of people unlike me that is always awake in the morning.

Only if I am super tired and I am off the next day I might sleep with the lights on. WIllingly though I will always try to sleep with them off.

I have been thinking about getting a sleeping eyepad too and I think that I have gotten something nice I can buy.

I too would recommend having one. I have a few that I keep in the freezer but also use a makeshift one. It really helps to block out the lights. Plus for me, it helps keep my eyes closed with the slight pressure.

I have already got it and for someone like me who struggle to sleep easily, it's definitely going to be very helpful for me in getting me to forcefully have the eyes shut and eventually sleep.

I used to have my room light on from my childhood to my teenage years because I was afraid of being in the dark. I've outgrown it now as I sleep with my lights off now.
