I only do my workout in the morning and not at night. I'm not sure that's going to be helpful. If you are struggling to sleep, then exercsing before you sleep should be practiced.

Thank you for the suggestion but it's not going to work for me at all.You can switch it because you want to enjoy your sleep. It's just a suggestion.
I sleep with the lights off. I even have an eyepad to help block the light that comes in towards the morning hours. I tend to wake easily so hearing noises or seeing lights, even the sun, wakes me up.
I have been thinking about getting a sleeping eyepad too and I think that I have gotten something nice I can buy.I sleep with the lights off. I will surely buy it maybe today or tomorrow.I do recommend them.
I too would recommend having one. I have a few that I keep in the freezer but also use a makeshift one. It really helps to block out the lights. Plus for me, it helps keep my eyes closed with the slight pressure.I have been thinking about getting a sleeping eyepad too and I think that I have gotten something nice I can buy.
I have already got it and for someone like me who struggle to sleep easily, it's definitely going to be very helpful for me in getting me to forcefully have the eyes shut and eventually sleep.I too would recommend having one. I always sleep with the lights off. It’s how I get the best rest. Most of my best sleeping experience has come when I was able to sleep with lights off. This is different for some people as they like sleeping with lights on. Which one do you prefer?
What the lights do to me when it's on is not allowing my sleep to be deep. I wake up easily with light on.I always sleep with the lights off. It’s how I get the best rest.
