Longer or shorter streams?

Do you believe streams should be short, long or days on end?

I think streams should definitely be contained. I don't have 6 hours a day to watch someone stream though, and my personal streams are about 3 hours 3x a week.

When I started streaming on Trovo back in 2021, I fell into the trap of streaming for hours and hours on end to try and hit the watch hours I needed for partnership. This was the most mentally draining thing I have ever done and will never fall into that trap again.

3 - 4 hours per day, split if you wish into two streams of maybe 3 - 4 hours each should be more than enough. If you have a schedule and you stick to it, people will know when to find you and they will come and support you.

Never do more than you feel you can do, burnout is very real and awful when it hits.
