I just google the series or character I want and use the first site that gives me a good wall paper. This is my current desktop:

I also just use google's image search. Easy Peasy

I had no idea that Windows 7 allows you to change the wallpapers a certain amount of time, just like Windows 8.1 does. It must be a new feature they introduced through an update.

Far as I know its been a feature since the windows vista days.
