The Asus EeeBook x205TA Windows 8 laptop with a Intel Atom quad-core 1.33 GHz processor with Intel HD onboard Graphics, 2GB of DDR3 RAM, 32GB SSD storage, and 11.6 inch screen is the lowest priced laptop which I seen people play games on.
The Asus x205TA laptop was sold for $99 during a Sale at Best Buy and Staples during the Black Friday 2014 and 2014 Winter holidays.
The guy in the video I posted above was able to play League of Legends, 2D Game, Portal, and Bioshock Infinite on his Asus x205TA Laptop which he got for $100. Most of the games seem to run okay without much noticeable slowdown problems which make the game unplayable.
