LMAO. Poor Luigi goes swimming. Know what stage no one is going to use in tournaments with Luigi from now on. jk I think that move was pretty risky in the first place so unless that uppercut is your pride and joy and you purposely fall in the right spot I don't see why it is a big deal. It does have healing items on it though so I don't see why it would change the way we'd look at the stage.
