Mario Kart 8 Tournaments

Hey guys, MK8 dose not really have community rooms like MK7 did so we will have to stick with Tournaments. I have set it up a daily Tournament from 8am est to 7am est so everyone will be able to come and race together. The N3DSC Tournament code is listed below, good luck guys. Why is it that no one is ever on this game? I've tried joining many times. Yet no one is ever on.
