Nice recreations of Mario Kart Wii levels, although some definitely came out better and the lack of the original textures makes them look as if they were done with gouraud shading.

Sony seriously needs to stop ripping off Nintendo. I mean first the Smash Bros. look a like and now levels that looked ripped right out from Mario Kart? I mean I can see them getting permission from Sony to use Green Hill Zone since Sega makes games for all systems now, but the rest is a clear rip off.

It's user made, you can create your own custom tracks to race on.

If you want a good proof $ony is ripping off Nintendo, take a look at PS3 Move >.>

Ok fine, my bad. Can you really blame me though? I mean come on. Most of the time it's a rip off from Nintendo so it's hard to tell at this point.

Well, naturally I expected this. And I say they did a good job with the resources they could use. Expect more and more to made after release, and expect me to download as many of them as I can. ModNation Racers went through the exact same thing and has Mario Kart courses (albeit thanks to limitations there are no super-awesome textures as even remotely good as LBPK) and thanks to racer creation has even seen it get Mario Kart characters (heck, I've got Mario, several Yoshi colours, even Shy Guy!) so it was BOUND to happen.

Personally, if you give users the power to create their own content, they will use another main-stream game for inspiration. And when it comes to tracks from Mario Kart, I'm all for it. It can't be classified as a challenge to copyright, surely, since it's the user, not the company, responsible. And I'd have to say that finding the user that made Rainbow Road would be just about as lucky as finding someone who illegally uses ROMs. Close to impossible with admitting it.
