Next week on November 4th 2015, the Mario Maker game for the Wii U will be getting a large update.
The update includes mid level checkpoints (wait, this wasn't in it from the start?) along with new Course World categories which will let Nintendo highlight specific levels created by both partners and creators outside of the company.
If you combine a mushroom with a fireflower then place them in a question mark block, a small Mario will receive the mushroom while a bigger Mario will receive the fireflower just like in Mario games.
