Microsoft is raising prices worldwide on Xbox Series S 512GB from $399.99 to $499.99, Series S 1TB from $449.99 to $599.99, Series X 1TB Digital from $599.99 to $749.99, and Series X 1TB from $649.99 to $799.99. The price increases of $100 for 512GB models and $150 for 1TB models are due to rising storage and memory costs from AI demand. The Xbox Series X 2TB model will be discontinued.

I feel like it's a bad idea to cancel the 2TB mode.

Dang I didn't like AI to begin with but I'm starting to dislike it more and more every day. :S I know all the game consoles are going to go up in price later this year but it's sad to see. Honestly though I'm glad I have a Series S, even though I did want to upgrade to a Series X. (I really want the Series X25 when it drops since it looks so dang cool.)

I feel discontinueing the 2TB version of the Series X is unfortunate for people who plan to buy a lot of games. Xbox game files can take up a lot of storage space. 2TB would be needed for installing many tripple A games without having to use external USB drives which can be a hassle and costly.
