This is disappointing for people who hope Apps from Android, and iOS gets ported to Windows.
But, there are already programs like Bluestacks, VirtualBox, etc which can run a full copy of Android inside a Window, so people have other options to run Android apps in Windows.
Unfortunately, people who use Windows Phone can't run Bluestacks, and Virtualbox to run Android inside a window, so Windows Phone users are stuck with just using Windows Phone Apps, and Web Browser Apps which work on Internet Explorer for Windows Phone.
