You can limit the ads to 1-2 and that wouldn't change the forum look completely.

We do but we like to whitelist certain websites that we like to use

Admins can control NSFW ads.
I don't use them and I don't care how much more I could get if I were to give a green signal to them.

Uh.. Not sure and I don't think you have to worry about that while using Google ads...
So far I haven't come across ads like that
