MK3DS: Possible game modes?

The karts now have those gliders and underwater propellers, which led me to have an interesting thought. Think we'll get some form of Battle Mode or whatever that relies purely on these new additions? Like some kind of mode where you fly around or whatever and try to shoot people down. Or perhaps we'll just get battle courses that allow the use of a glider, but nothing too fancy.

And on the topic of game modes, I seriously hope there's another Mission Mode or something. That was awesome, and I reckon with the glider you've just got a few dozen or so missions that would be quite awesome.

I hope they combine mission mode AND tournaments. You know, a full single player mission mode, then DLC provided for it to add new missions and bosses weekly or so.

I have completely forgotten about Wi-Fi until you just reminded me. That would be freakin' awesome.

Wi-Fi battles should definitely be in there. If they aren't, then I'll be shocked. I also want 12 racers per race too, I hope they keep that feature!

I loved mission mode.Especially the bosses.

Mission Mode was fun, and also a good way to practise with items like Stars or Green Shells. So I sure hope something like that occurs.

New Battle Modes would be ok, but you know, there's one battle mode I really hope returns (but I can't see it happening....)

You know, I'd like to see something similar to Diddy Kong Racing - a Story Mode with a Hub area. Just make that Hub area much, MUCH bigger. It'd be pretty cool to get out of the Kart and explore the Hub too, but probably not the courses.... Although that's a pretty good idea too.

A Diddy Kong Racing type thing could work with Mario Kart, actually. Just in the Story Mode of course, not the entire game.

Heh, ah yes, the classic Balloon Battle... I really want some free-for-all Balloon Battle Wi-Fi modes, not the team battles.

I hope for both the free for all and team battle modes. I just hated how the wii versions were timed. I prefer unlimited time.
