More Wii U Rumours (legal problems with the name?)

• Nintendo wants to use the Wii U name but some trademark troll is giving them grief over it for whatever reason and they've got a backup plan in case they can't use it.
• Rumours of it being weaker than PS3/Xbox 360 untrue, Nintendo annoyed about them.
• Haptic bio feedback considered, not decided
• NDAs stop publishers from talking about the console and upcoming games much, making it difficult for Nintendo to get the news out
• Release date possibly November 18th 2012, no decision made

The letter U is a registered trademark and copyrighted to the International Latin Alphabet Committee, or ILAC for short.

I kinda was hoping for an earlier release date, but I guess they scheduled the release date in November for a reason...
Also, I sure am glad the rumors about the WiiU being less powerful than current gen consoles is untrue.
