What do you feel is some disturbing anime?

I really don't remember its name, but I saw this one anime once where a guy cut another guy's hear in two with a katana. They showed the brains falling out and everything...

Yu-Gi-Oh Zexal, though the good story and introduction of Xyz,some stuff are so annoying, like attempting to bring some of Family Guy Humor.
