Most underrated Zelda games?

Of all the Zelda games you've played, which ones would you consider underrated and why?

For me, I'd consider both the Minish Cap and Four Swords underrated. Both pretty awesome games, both get completely overlooked in comparison to the home console titles and the Game Boy era handheld ones.

So what Zelda games do you think are most underrated?
 
Four Swords Adventure for sure. I mean it's not the best, but it's worth a play through.
 
I've shouted praises for them from the rooftop, but the Game Boy Color Zelda games.  I almost never hear of people who played them, and they're all stellar games that no handheld Zelda has ever managed to top in my opinion.  The Oracle games in particular were masterfully made, and I love replaying all three of them to this day.  Definitely deserve more recognition.

I've never thought that the Oracle games were underrated. Nor have I thought of them as overrated. I've heard a lot of people play and love them.

Also did you mean two or did you some how get a copy of the third Oracle game that got cancelled. Cause that'd be awesome.
 
Probably The Minish Cap. It's by far one of my favorite Zelda games (it's my third favorite, to be exact), and I never really hear people talking about it. I know people don't really talk about the Oracle games but I don't think there was really anything there that made them amazing (imo).

I don't know of many people who've played 'em so I've always thought of them as underrated.  And I'm including Link's Awakening DX in the GBC Zelda games.  Thus why I said "The Oracle games in particular" because LA:DX doesn't fall into that category.
 
Zelda II: The adventure of Link.

Now I know it's super hard, a change in formula and all the likes..but I actually really like that about the game. The leveling is kind of rewarding (assuming you don't game over). It was actually my first Zelda title and though to this day I have not completed it, I fee lit is highly underrated and hated just because of its difficulty. I don't feel the change in game formula is a just reason to hate the game as at the time there was only one other zelda title out which hadn't been around THAT long for it to be set in stone as the definitive way to play the game (even though top down by today's standards is pretty much preferred)

Meh, maybe i'm blinded by nostalgia..but I hated the game back as a child, but kept coming back to it for one reason or another and I still do.

LOL Thank you for not only picking the one I was going to, but stating the same things.

I also choose Zelda 2. also, I feel it is disliked because of the difficulty and because I think people heard "Zelda got a second game!" and they were expecting another top-down and were disappointed it strayed completely from the first game's formula.

As I often say, the RPG elements are something I truly wish they would bring back to the series, to begin with. also, people can hate it all they want but without Zelda 2 having been created Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask wouldn't have been as memorable - none of the sages would have the names that they do since they were named after the towns in Zelda 2. It also marked the first time NPCs gave fetch quests in the series - such as having to locate the mirror (which stumped me for 2 days until I accidentally found it by jumping around and swinging my sword like a madman - keep in mind I bought it on release day, so no internet and the strategy guides weren't out yet, before anyone says something stupid lol).

Granted, my favorite titles in the series are all the Capcom-made ones (oddly enough in order of most recent to oldest not counting the DS games) for the handhelds (Minish Cap, Oracles, Link's Awakening), but I do not count them as under-rated since they were so popular and I've never heard anyone complain about them.
 
Skyward Sword's motion controls, I just didn't have the same problems other people said they did. Sure they did take a bit of getting used to, but after the first dungeon I had gotten the hang of it.

I'm not standing up for Fii though. I am well aware of when my health is low, the beeping is unmistakable. I alo know how to restore my health. I have eyes, I can see the flashing symbol that means the wii-mote's batteries are almost dead.
