MySQL slowness

As many of you have noticed this weekend, we had a spell of random slow loading times for the forum. My host says it was a bug with the MySQL which they say has been resolved. I need to know from you guys if the loading speed is normal. for I'm still hitting pockets of slow loadings.

I notice yesterday pages take a long time to load on Gamingforce Forums for some reason. But, it seems fine now.
