Nintendo has set up what looks to be a poll for users to vote to add new fighters to their hit fighting game Super Smash Brothers. 
 
Furthermore this doesn't appear to be a hoax or anything of that sort (given that it was announced via their Nintendo Direct of today). 
 
So now's our chance to possibly get another fighter we want in game...

So who are you voting for?
 
My vote was for MegaMan X. With the exact reasons being:
 
Diverse move set, multiple armours (for colours), great selection of music, variety of stage options. Cool looking base design already present in game via trophy.
 
Man, so many options I'm not sure who to put in. I want to say megaman X, but I didn't like how Megaman was put into the gameplay.
 
Perhaps a chance for them to do things differently then?  

I'd also like to see:
- Bayonetta
- Dante (DMC4 version)
- Solid Snake (David Hayter voice preferred)
- Viewtiful Joe
- Soma Cruz (though they'd probably go for a Belmont instead)

I think they could really do good in this type of game.
 
Bayonette is probably the best way to go. BUT LUCAS IS IN SO I'M OKAY.
 
Shovel Knight could be kinda cool (and the devs also want to see it). Shantae the half-genie is another one that the developers would love to see included. Though Phil Spencer (of Microsoft) wants to see Banjo Kazooie in Smash.

I'd still kinda prefer X (or Zero) first and then Bayonetta (having those 2/3 would be awesome and everything else would be just the cherry on top as it were).
