As long as no one has already made a thread like this, I'd actually like to make use of the questionable & new QR code feature allowing you to take a picture of a box of pixels in order to retrieve a Mii.

Copy a picture of the mii and place it below the QR code within a spoiler. That way, if people really want to see what the mii is going to look like, they can click the spoiler button to see the picture of the mii. Also, it saves a lot of space from being used on the topic page. Remember that the spoiler thing only holds the mii picture... not the QR code. It's your choice whether you want to do just a face shot or the whole thing of the mii if displaying the picture.

I suppose I'll post one... I call him... Tim.

Dane and Nintendotaku, next time please place a picture of the mii below the QR code within spoiler bbcode so we know what it looks like before actually taking a picture.

Sure, but I thought it would be like a opening a present! Scanning to see what it looks like and BAM, look what we have here.

Yes yes we all like surprises... but thats what the spoiler code is for.

But it's not that big of a deal to just take a picture of the code, look at the mii, and decide whether or not you want to save it or not. I don't see why we have to go through all this trouble to put a spoiler button and a picture inside it.

some people (like me) are too lazy to get up and turn on their 3DS to see the mii

To keep this topic from vanishing into thin air, I'll post another one of my miis. This one is based on myself... except for the mustache. I'm close to having a mustache like it though.

Yeah, but it takes even more work to transfer both a mii picture and a qr code onto a post, and hide the mii inside a spoiler button, than to simply turn on your 3ds (mine is on all the time anyways), and open up the mii maker.

Just please try to follow instructions so others follow them as well? This is an unnecessary argument for a matter of not following simple instructions...

Reviving the topic before it gets to page 3!
