Recently I somehow found an article http://yonkykong.wor...pokemon-nuevos/ (in Spanish) that criticizes the new Pokemon. Well, here's my quick defense.

If there is something that has caught the attention of this new generation - and not for good - has been the changes to the times of the designs and the lack of originality pokemon just because of saving time for designers ...

I see a clear difference is that whereas the Pokémon before attempting seem sympathetic, good-natured and friendly as the good of Dragonite that you see above, are now trying to look like beasts, thin and dark colors like Haxorus . For me this is the bug that makes me not like the new generations.

Another point is the confusion of genres, it is assumed that a design attempts to convey what it is, but now costs uncover some types.

I feel as though the hate for Gen 5 is completely built on no valid arguments other than "back in MY day..."

Gen 3 was bad enough that I quit Pokemon. Gen 5 was good enough that I stayed up all night before and lined up outside the store waiting for it. Heck, I threw a release party.

There are always some bad points to every game (not that the above statements were even bad) but the things that are good have only gotten better.
 
they are retarded those who do not like the gen of pokemon and prefer the originals because they are "more unique" are completely stuck in the past...in fact I think the first generation of pokemon were the least inspired of all...

Meh, I started back in those days and I love gen 5. I personally dislike the gen 4 selection the most but not that much..they're just my least favorite of the bunch.
 
I like the story of Black and White, but I still hate the Pokemon in it. Like some are okay, but I still hate the other 80%. I just don't like the design for most of them. The normal dog type was cool. Up until the final evolution. Haxorus's pre evolutions are good, but Haxorus doesn't look that good.
 
Gen 5's Pokemon where pretty bad it really annoyed me was the water starter final evolution, I mean they make it out like its going to be some sort of water ninja then they go ruin it by making it the way they did. When I saw Dewott I was thinking "could this be the first very Pokemon game where I didn't automaticlly chose the fire type starter", but in the end I learnt to never trust a water type starter no matter how cute and awesome it looks.
