It's an HP laptop, with a touchscreen. Comes with windows 8, so I downloaded a start menu and made it as close to windows 7 as i could.

I like HP laptops personally. I did think about getting the ASUS, it was my third best option.

Acer. But it would have been dell had that been the best deal. I like HP the best but I'll go for the best deal no matter what it is. As long as it's not Toshiba.

Acer is a nice brand, but I know dell never seems to make good machines.

Yeah, I've always had problems with Dell in the past. I've grown to embrace and love Asus and all its flaws.

My previous laptop was a Dell. It lasted around 4 years or so which isn't too bad. Personally I find HP to be the best.
