why would that have a bot and be on your site?

I have yet to have a class that DOESN'T enforce turnitin on essays and reports, and I'm only in high school. :P Obviously they're not going to use turnitin for programming classes, although if you copy answers word for word there is still a good chance you could get caught. (Someone in my CS class was given a 0 on their most recent assignment because they were caught copying/pasting answers from the internet...)

Maybe I just have a strict teacher.. if codes are identical/very similar to another person in the class, your cheating and will be given 0. If codes are identical/very similar to a code on the internet, same thing. And he does check this stuff. So cheating really isn't an option for any of my classes.
 
I hope the kid wasn't a dumbass to do it while class was going on.

But even after copying pasting it I do go through the code rewriting it to my style which still lets me learn the experience of the code and save myself tons of time.

I see. That's not a bad idea if it's just a coding assignment. :P

It could mean it found something in someone's essay that matches something on your site. Probably just a couple similar sentences. Or maybe they're indexing things on your site to search through when checking students essays. 

..I don't know.

always knew BA had a cheating site :P
 
Now, it's soon time for me to leave Japan... I will leave on Tuesday. I will sure miss this country, it's been great to visit it.
