Wow. I really want to play Cursed Memoir! The game uses an AR book to activate different things in the world around you as you try to figure out the mystery. What do you think? Do you have any creepy Nintendo teaser/trailers?

HOLY MOTHER OF HELL. I palmed my screen. THANK YOU for being a laptop and bend slightly backwards. Jumped twice in that-Once when the guy walked away in the 3DS (Was expecting the person to appear in that jacket that looks like the reaper.) then that crazy she-devil....that's ONE WAY how to advertise.
 
It was pretty scary I suppose, although that might be more because the woman's scream of fear caused me to jump backwards slightly in shock more than anything 'supernatural'.
 
I laughed as the 3DS slid off the table. WEEEEPLOP. And people, don't drop your 3DS on a table, not the smartest idea.

The real mystery is who took the 3DS that was probably out of charge?

Anyway, imagine taking this game to a local shopping center, showing people what happened to them and you.

I think that would be impossible. The AR reader would have to be pointed at SOMETHING. Maybe, if they printed out special fliers, you could scan a flier and play some?

Or maybe print one yourself I'm guessing? But that's still a bit difficult just for a demo.

Still, this game is nice. AR is definitely a technology that's going to be tinkered with in the future so it's good to see a game that's pretty much based around it.
 
If something creepy is happening in a house, don't go into the unlit basement...
I guess she's never seen a horror movie.

Scary movies/games aren't my thing, so I probably won't get this, but it seems like it'll be a good use of the technology.
