Okay, enough with the 'operation' movement names, it's getting ridiculous. What next? Operation Operation for the next Trauma Centre game? But yes, it's another real movement...

All to get the special Pikachu edition 3DS released outside of Japan. Do you support the whole idea? Or do you think this is getting kind of ridiculous?

Silly Nintendo, why don't you want our money?

i didnt get any of what you just said.. i love my mushroom rank dont wanna lose it
Operation Pika is a movement like request. They want ppl to support them via "Like" or "Follow". Their goal is making Nintendo JP aware that UK, AUS and US want the Nintendo 3DS XL Pikachu edition.

I might have wanted this more, had I not recently purchased my 3DS XL. Still, I am a sucker for limited edition gaming machines...

I followed the Twitter account. It really isn't a bad idea when you want to get a company's attention. Pretty much just telling Nintendo to take our money. Who could say no to that?
You forgot that Ninty thinks all western gamers are heavy-shooter fans, while all Japanese gamers are Pokemon/RGP-fans

Which is exactly WHY we have to do movements like this to get RPG games brought over. And btw, IT WORKS. That's how we got Xenoblade.

Xenoblade, Harvest Moon, Fire Emblem.... shall I read off a list of games migrated because of fan pressure or shall I leave this to satisfy the point?

At any rate, I'm not big on Pikachu but I find myself in agreement. Yes, Nintendo is based in Japan. I still think it's often a poor business tactic to shut out something iconic to one of it's biggest franchises to international consumers.
