Disclaimer: Photoshop not required. Any image editor will do.
Basically I will post a rather bare image, and the next person adds or changes one thing about the image. The next poster after that will do the same with the image the second person posted, but don't just replace what the previous person or any other person added. Keep it and change or add something else. Hopefully I did not make that too confusing.
Example:
Obviously don't post anything against the rules. When an image gets too cluttered I or another user will post a fresh image. To prevent ninjas you must post before you make your edit so everyone knows you have reserved the next edit. Then edit the post to include the image.
I will start with a well-known image:
