Physical Games or Digital Games - do you have a preference?

I must say, I love the convenience of the digital version of games. A little annoying to be prompted to insert cartridge when I anticipate playing a game only to find my husband had swapped it out with a different game. It's not a big deal but I guess if I had to choose I lean more towards digital. How about you guys?

Depends on the game, if it's a fighting/FPS game I want to load up on the fly I'll get digital, otherwise I like to hold what I buy.

I prefer physical games because I can re-sell them, and more easily share them with friends.

My internet connection is not super fast, so downloading and installing digital games can still take many hours depending on how big the file size is for the game.

I have both, but I like physical. Until partially through the PS4 lifespan, physical meant that I had more storage space for digital only games, but they started making the disc pointless to own for most games. I'm glad the Switch hasn't really done that much.

If I want more memory for later, or it's a popular game, then Physical. If it rarely gets physical or is way cheaper, I like digital, but some I have are digital only so just look for those chances where they aren't later and look for sales in case you want to play those right away.

I do wish digital games are significantly cheaper than the physical copy but that's not the usual case.

The crappy thing, is that the physical copy tend to go down in price significantly faster than the digital. It’s pretty sad I can snag a PS4 game at GameStop for $20, and 2 years later still see it listed at $60 on the PSN.

At least Sony isn't like Nintendo, their prices don't budge on any format.

Always Physical, far better. Games are generally cheaper and can be traded in if not liked and I like to have a games collection.
