Pokemon : Sun or Moon? & Which starter?

Silly question since yes, I know they are essentially the same game... But which do you plan on getting? I will be getting Pokemon Sun myself because I am a sucker for cat-like Pokemon and I want Solgaleo.

As for my starter, I am going with Litten. I am smitten by Litten! Since the leaks confirmed him to be the wrestler style cat, I am naming him Brock Lespurr. Don't judge me. lol

I plan to get one for my son for Christmas however still undecided on which one. I am thinking of getting him Moon and if he wants sun I know he will have Christmas money to pick it up.
