Quitting Caffeine

So, I decided to do a little test today (after waking up too late to whip up a pot of coffee :p)

Spent the day not taking in any caffeine. Mild headaches and feeling a bit tired but overall not too terrible or anything. Anyone else ever go through some caffeine withdrawals?

I don't drink enough caffeine to have withdraws and I really don't want to become addicted. I hear people feel better without the stuff.

I never started drinking coffee so I don't need caffeine for me to function. Like any addiction your body will need some time to get used without that substance I think :D

I've tried this a few times. But it's not really tea or coffee that gets me, more all the soda and soft drinks. I still end up having at least one a day, and it was once nearly as bad as three cans per day.

Never really tried it but I guess it might be quite difficult considering that it could count as an addiction

I've heard of people having a headache when they don't get their coffee that they are use to drinking.

I've tried coffee once or twice but I never got into the habit of drinking it so I can't say what if feels like without it. I did have to go through a short period not to long ago without drinking any tea or soda and I was required to drink more water. I think drinking more water has become healthier for me.

I always make sure to drink more water than anything else.

I can't live a day without coffee. I tried not drinking for a week and that didn't work - I swear, caffeine is like an addiction to me.
