Makes me wonder if Raidou is as good a detective as others in works of fiction. And if Raidou Jack Frost will get a rerelease.
The title is a lie, it’s actually a remake.
I like how they redid the battle system and let you summon 2 demons. They also got rid of having random encounters all over the place and only have demons spawn in specific areas. It does make all the constant back tracking less tedious.

Sounds like a good version to play.
I don’t hate random encounters, but when you’re playing a detective game and they make you go back and forth to the same mansion collecting clues, having random encounters everywhere can get tedious.
