PICS ON BOTTOM SORRY THEIR HUGE!!!!!!! mite have to re-do it.... I messed up myself
Ok, to create an animation
First find your background image...
make 4 new layers
on each layer color blue for rain, or red, for blood rain, green for acid rain.....(color ALL the way!!!)
GO to filters>artistic> film grain > set the first settin to 14 and the last setting to 10
Then go to filters> blur> motion blur> choose a angel from 30% to 51% for best.. you can mess with the length...
Make each layer like this.... but make each layerabout 5-7% different for the blur...
select the eye, to hide the layers youj ust made
Go to your video tool setings> control +alt+ m should work also..
create your background 4 times, so you have 5 images, and 5 layers...
for each image select a new layer.. this will cause the "motion" of it.
when your done, drag and drop the background into the back or front of all layers.. so layer 0 or layer 6....
Save for a web device or blah.....
save it
your done )
( p.s. this is really the only thing I KNOW how to do.. I normally just fiddle with things...)
PICTURE Tutorial.... ( took me 40 minutes to make.. sorry for large pics.. but tis so you can read.
IF IT HELPED YOU PLEASE GIVE REP!!!
