looks good. Wonder on Remake Ashley's PLOT upskirt stuff though lol

Read from Siliconera:

The game will also see a “reimagined” storyline. While it’s clear that certain character designs have been modified for the remake, with Ashley, Ada, and Luis appearing briefly in the trailer, this won’t be the only change made.

The website states that the Resident Evil 4 remake will see a reimagined storyline, it will also feature more modernized gameplay elements. However, Capcom has yet to reveal how any of this will manifest. The trailer simply provided a glimpse into how the iconic starting area in Resident Evil 4 has been slightly modified for the remake.

When was the last mainline entry for this series?
Re 8 / Village.

I hope they are going to re-imagine/remake RE 5 next, Too many Leon Remakes, Chris needs it!

Let them develop the RE 4 Remake and do it right would be the first step. I don't usually have high hopes on Capcom right now but I'm keeping my fingers crossed with this one.

New video from Capcom showcase:

Ada Wong recasting, read from CBR:

Rumors of a Resident Evil 4 Remake re-casting sparked considerable debate among fans of the series.

A Reddit post from user DampRevil to the Gaming Leaks and Rumors subreddit shared a video which seems to confirm that Lily Gao will replace Jolene Anderson as the motion capture and voice of Ada Wong. In the video, Dan Allen Gaming said that "multiple sources" had informed him of the re-casting, though he did not specify the reasons behind it. Fans were quick to respond, with several upset at the lost of Anderson, while others praised the casting choice of Gao, should the rumor be true.

Anderson previously confirmed that she would not be returning to the role after a well-recieved performance in Resident Evil 2 Remake. Gao, meanwhile, previously played Ada Wong, but in a live action adaptation of the franchise called, Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City. Gao only appeared in the film's mid-credits scene, but some fans on Twitter and Reddit quickly judged her performance of the character as an indicator of how she'd do in the upcoming remake.

Game will also be for Ps4. Capcom said it plans to show more of the game during a newly announced Resident Evil Showcase next month.

If it's one thing that I know about Capcom is that they are very good with milking the RE franchise. If it's time to make the remake of RE5, they definitely will do it.

Read that game adds in-game transactions, from CBR and TechnClub:

Capcom's highly anticipated remake of the critically acclaimed Resident Evil 4 will reportedly feature in-game transactions.

According to TechnClub, the ESRB rating for Capcom's remake of Resident Evil 4 revealed it may include microtransactions for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of the title. The ESRB rating notably only mentioned console platforms and did not specify whether the upcoming PC version will retain the same features. No information was shared regarding what items will be available in the game's store. Capcom additionally did not confirm if it planned to offer in-game purchases upon release, which still left the microtransactions subject to possible changes during development.

The reports of an in-game store have additionally sparked rumors alleging Capcom will also implement a multiplayer mode for the upcoming remake. Some fans further speculated that Resident Evil 4's business model may share similarities with the Resident Evil 3 remake's online component, Resident Evil: Resistance, which was a separate survival horror mode that offered experience booster packs and cosmetic items through its in-game store.
