Rock Band or Guitar Hero?

[Demon_Skeith]

Which one would you rather play?

[Shortie]

Hard choice for me this one but I think if I was put both in front of me and given a choice of what to play I would more than likely choose Guitar Hero over Rock Band, don't get me wrong Rock Band is great but Guitar Hero just beats it by a little for me

Rock Band, I like the stock RB guitar better than the one that GH has.

^ This and I like the on disc tracks for RB better, usually.

Plus with Green Day, the Beatles, and LEGO?! ...Damn, expansion much?

[hissae2]

I've only ever played Guitar Hero.

Agreed lol. I feel Rock Band has a wider range of music genre. GH is all just... heavy metal or something like that

[Volux]

Rock band on this one. Gives you more of a variety in things to do and allows for 4 people to play.

Rock band gets my vote here, i love the Beatles version. I wish they would make a Smiths version, that would be amazing.

[Alex19]

Hmm .. this is a hard choice .. but it has to be Rock Band because I can play with all of my friends.

[Lleyn]

I never played any lol, not my kind of game.

[mrizzy]

I would pick Guitar Hero in a heartbeat! I think that Rock Band is a copy of Guitar Hero, considering that Guitar Hero was released first. I have been playing Guitar Hero since back when it was the hip thing to do, it provided a real experience that allowed the gamer to feel like he or she was an actual guitarist. Rock band on the other hand does not provide that rare experience.

I love Guitar Hero because my favorite instrument is the guitar and this game gave me a realistic feel. It was a great game that provided a lot of excitement for me at the time.

[FTON]

I like both.

[halv]

I use the same guitar for both so that really makes no difference for me. I prefer Rock Band more because of the songs available and it's more crisp than Guitar Hero. Guitar Hero is better when you have a few friends over I think though, it's more fun while Rock band is more serious.

[Redcap]

Tried neither of them though Guitar Hero seems better by the looks and name.
