Rude XBox Live support

I've never had to deal with Xbox support (or Nintendo or Sony for that matter). 

But I feel bad for the support people. I mean they deal with this kind of abuse all the time. People who get banned for poor behaviour then whine to support to unban them so they can continue to be shitty people. 
Sure she didn't exactly behave properly either. (I mean it wasn't a great idea to respond by calling him a "stupid ass bitch" nor to complain about her rate of pay. Very unprofessional indeed. ) But I can understand her frustrations because this might be the 50th (or more) asshole that day to be launching abuse against her. And even those with the thickest of skin still can have that get worn down until they're sensitive and/or crack and respond inappropriately. 

And to make things worse, some people go out of their way to make life hard for those giving support. Some people enjoy playing jokes or pranks on them or baiting them into responding rudely. 
 
I have never had to deal with their support either, but the way she handled it was not professional. Even on her/his worst day(s) she needs to remain professional.

edit, found the rest and heh, if this isn't fake, both the support person and their boss will be in big trouble.

But yeah, I fear that support person may be in trouble for a reply like that.

What makes you think it's fake? And how could they have faked it? You mean, like, screenshot a random Xbox live conversation and replace the text in Photoshop?
 
Photoshopping a screenshot is fairly easy (does take a bit of time and work to ensure that everything looks legitimate however). Though photoshopping an actual picture of the screen is a bit harder. (Since you have to match any grains/noise from the camera itself otherwise the photo will be easier to tell it's been tampered with. )

Though if you've seen the rest of the conversation, could you post a link to it? 
 
This could just be a Photoshop/Fake picture which someone displayed on their TV or computer monitor, and used a low quality digital camera  like a camera on cheaper smartphones to take the picture to make it look more real .

It is also kind of strange that MS Technical support gets paid $6 an hour/$12 every 2 hours since it is not like Microsoft can't afford to pay their tech support staff more money...
