Here in our place, uniforms aren't actually required but the school principal requires it and the students just follow. But there are more advantages to wearing a school uniform than disadvantages. First, the students wouldn't be spending much time preparing for what clothes to wear during the day, it'll be the uniform, day in and day out. Second, it's really less expensive because a set of uniform can really last the whole year and probably even more. The same set can even be used by younger siblings in the future. Third, wearing a school uniform gives a student some kind of an identity and this could be essential for school authorities on the look out for intruders and anything like that.
School uniforms here exist in all pre-university education.
I have nothing against it actually, it only makes it easier to distinguish the school folks from the work folks from the tourist folks from the everything else folks. ww
I think school uniform is important. I am a former student who studied in a school without a school uniform. I can say that it is hard when you don't have uniform because you will have a hard time choosing what to wear and your clothes will get old.
