Developer 5th Cell is bringing Scribblenauts to Wii U with Scribblenauts Unlimited.

Wii U gives the 2D platformer the HD treatment, lets players share creations, customize their appearance, create a ton of mixed objects, and includes same-screen multiplayer using the Wii Remote and the GamePad.

Unlimited expands the possibilities by allowing players to fuse objects. An uninspired gentleman in the debut trailer saw a dog, saw a car, and decided they'd be a great combination. Turns out he was a super genius, because a dog with wheels for legs might be the greatest thing any human has ever conceived.

Scribblenauts Unlimited looks and sounds like another amazing addition to the first two games, which I've also really enjoyed. I'm glad that they're bringing it to the WiiU to take advantage of all the resources and possibilities that the system offers.
 
So... I can fuse things?! Welp - guess I'm going to need to purchase me one of them there WiiU. Or at least split the cost with someone... maybe Marcus?
 
I liked the idea of the original, but never played it. I will be the first in line for this one though, as the level of creativity is amazing. Simply put, the sky's the limit.
