This is the anime you get when you combine two animes like tenchi muyo and the fate (stay night, zero) series.
There is some amount of fan service in it, though don't let that ruin this great anime for you. I loved the story line used for it and the constant teases, crazy bad guys and what they have going for this anime. I highly recommend it.
The characters are various and lovable, the music isn't anything special but the battles are pretty good and well animated.
Has anyone here watched this? Do you hope for a third season?
