Yes, it's taken him sometime to gather the needed points, but one thing to keep in mind I really haven't held any contests during that time that gave out a lot of shards which is something that will be different this year.

I am not rich, if I make it too easy to get them then I will have to cancel it and the whole point of them is to keep the people active.
