There is this rising trend of some advertisers always making adverts that are not true and misleading just to mislead some people. Do you feel those kind of advertisers should be arrested and punished?

I think they should be held accountable. There's something to be said in "truth in advertising".
& while we have the responsibility to do our research on a product, there's been too many scammers out there taking advantage of others. So I DO think there should be stricter laws.
I buy a lot of organic products & one thing I despise is "greenwashing". Rewording it to make it look better than it is. But to blatantly lie, & perhaps the public getting hurt or sick, yes, they need to be punished. They are playing with fire.

This is my stand too. Some of these products are risk to life and letting them advertise it freely can be dangerous to the general public.

Who would be the one to punish the fake advertisers? Maybe the government will set up an agency which will overlook and approve a standard for ads?
