My dominate hand is left and the controls were made for right-handed players. I can control my right hand better than the average lefty which helps because like I said, the controls were made for right-handed players. My only concern is the controls, other than that the game sounds pretty awesome.
 
Multiplayer makes it well worth it! There are definitely ways to make the controls more "comfortable", but without a doubt those who say its perfectly okay and "you'll get use to it", are LYING. Haha, the pain/discomfort will always be there, but heck its so addicting you will gladly endure the pain!

And heck, its not THATT uncomfortable..
 
As far as I know, the game has a plethora of control options for both right and left handed players making use of the stylus, or removing the stylus and using nothing but buttons.

So you shouldn't worry about controls at all. Now go buy that game!

With de HW-stand the controls are no problem. The game itself is really awesome

The controls are an obstacle for many people but there are ways to alleviate it. The game does not have fixed controls. You can change to the configuration that best fits your play style. There is also the option of the Circle Pad Pro.

From a personal experience, it took me several play throughs to get used to the controls and I've come to appreciate Pit's advanced moves.
