I was reading an article this morning and came across a medical quotation that dogs can't survive rabies, stating that it's 100% fatal in dogs. Does it mean that there's no vaccination or good treatment to cure a dog with one?

Not sure but tbh it's virtually impossible to survive it as a human as its very difficult to diagnose straight away and by the time it is, its too late.

It's one silly viral disease. Scientists needs to work more on having a proper treatment for it.

Honestly, I don't have any idea what's going to happen in this case. It's only a medical professional that can say what might happen.

This link claims a dog could survive after being bitten if it's taken to the vet right away, given constant vaccines and a 90 day quarantine
