Man that was something I was excited to see because it would have been ridiculous in 3D graphics. I mean I get why it was cut, sort of, but still it would have been funny.

Speaking of things not kept original, Mauvile City was completely redesigned and looking like a mall or something and no Battle Frontier

But there is hope!

 After beating the Elite 4 you gain access to an island called Battle Resort. There is an exact replica of XY Battle Maison nothing changed beside the content of the BP items (no TMS) and right behind it lies a miniature figure of the Battle Tower captioned "The Battle Tower project is underway" so we might have an event seeing how there is a lot of S.S. tickets and inaccessible islands and there is one huge one that we still don't have access too.

GASP.  NO NOT THE OLD LADIES!  But in all seriousness, some (1) of the optional Kecleon encounters are not so optional anymore, because you can just walk past it, like almost every other Kecleon encounter.  Oh and Kecleon can be found outside of using the Devon Scope, so it's useless after you use it for entrance to the Fortree City Gym.
