I'm seriously considering getting one of those Skylander games. I like the whole figurine concept. Reviews already have me on the positive side and I know the first game is becoming a lot cheaper. Plus the figurines are pretty cool and actually serve a purpose. I see these becoming a rare treasure in the future, too. Anyone with the 3DS version wanna fill me in? .

My brother has it on Wii and it seems very much like a kids game. The 3DS version looks like it's more suited for experienced gamers and platforming fans, but I haven't played that one.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I've played the wii version and for all it's worth it's pretty fun..but looking at the 3DS one. It just seems much more appealing.

Giants is out on Wii U, though I never see it in stores. The upcoming Swap Force is also going to be on Wii U.
Well the only one i'm interested in is the portable versions. Plus the 3DS has both "Spyro's adventure and Skylanders Giants". Plus portability is everything to me not to mention the game just looks more entertaining on the 3DS.

I could but still...not portable. I like portable games a lot more than console games. That and Pokemon Rumble is becoming stale to me. Unless they toss a bunch of new features out there (which I doubt they will).

I like the concept. I hate the fact that it's Spyro. I mean I love Spyro... they just kind of ruined him. He was an awesome, loveable dragon, but now he looks like... well an awesome dragon, but not a loveable awesome dragon.

Meh, it's not technically spyro anymore . He's more of a cameo in that game..either way it doesn't affect my decision of getting said game.
